Description & Services

Description (Service)

Offers programs and services for children and youth with disabilities and developmental needs, and their families, get connected to assessments, services and supports in their homes, communities and schools each year.

Provides, together with service partners:

  • intake
  • service navigation
  • rehabilitation services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech language therapy
  • specialized clinics
  • coordinated service planning
  • assessment and diagnostic services
  • autism services

CTN has 10 sites in Simcoe County and York Region where families can access services, borrow equipment and attend events:
