Designated as a Family History Centre by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints headquarters in Salt Lake City * local genealogical researchers have access via computer to the library resources based in Salt Lake City through * have computer access to International Genealogical Index for Canada, US and Great Britain, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Yugoslavia, and Denmark as well as on CD-ROM * have 2000 version of the Family Search Compact Disk collection including Scottish Church Records on CD-ROM, 1880 United States Census on CD-ROM, 1881 British Census on CD-ROM, 1881 Canadian Census on CD-ROM and Acadia-Cajun Family Trees * have Vital Record Index for Western Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and Spain), Scandinavia, British Isles and Australian Vital Records on CD-ROM * access to Pedigree Resource File with Index which is individually submitted family pedigrees from all countries worldwide * have a referral service to the Ontario Genealogical Society * have Heritage Quest - which contains Census Records, Books, PERSI, Revolutionary War records, Freedman's Bank Records, US Serial Set
