Self-Guided Online Prenatal Class with audio (include pregnancy modules) - Pregnancy (prenatal care and tests, baby's growth, body changes, mental health, eating & weight gain, physical activity, sex, preterm labour, alcohol, drugs and smoking, safety, and special pregnancy considerations)
