Description (Service) COVID-19 Response 
Due to COVID-19 situation, the following changes have been made: 
* Catulpa CSS employees will work remotely from locations outside of regular office sites 
* Face-to-face meetings are curtailed and will be completed by telephone or virtual meeting 
* MotherCare, CAPC and Next Step face-to-face programs are cancelled until further notice, contact your local Site Coordinator as listed below and someone from the team will return your call

Regular Service 
Ensures that appropriate FASD interventions and supports are put into place to mitigate development of secondary concerns, such as disrupted school experiences, mental health challenges or trouble with the law 
 
Service includes: 
* providing FASD expertise, consultation and navigation of services for families and service providers  
* developing, monitoring and updating a flexible plan based on assessment, strengths and needs, and the family’s vision, goals and concerns 
* working to connect and coordinate relevant services and other community supports, including health, education, youth justice, community and social services, post-secondary and employment

Children and Youth with FASD
Application Parents and professionals may call a services navigator at the Children’s Treatment Network ACCESS: 1-866-377-0286 for more information about coordination services under the program 
 
Individuals who are involved with a service agency but do not yet have a diagnosis of FASD, assessment can be arranged by speaking with their existing service provider * individuals who are not involved with a service agency should speak with a doctor, community health nurse or community health centre to ask about the FASD assessment process
