Description (Service)

Breastfeeding Support Groups are for all parents living in Simcoe County or the District of Muskoka

  • weekly in-person or online sessions
  • free groups provide parents a place to talk, share experiences and encourage each other during their breastfeeding experience, nuturing parent-to-parent support
  • Public health nurses offer support and answer questions

Hours In-person: Wed 1 pm-2:30 pm
Online Breastfeeding Group: Mon 1:30 pm-2:30 pm and Wed 10:30 am-11:30 am (except for Statutory Holidays)
Telephone Health Connection: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility No restrictions, prenatal participants are welcome
