• office will provide congratulatory messages for birthdays, anniversaries, grand openings and other special occasions
• can also request messages from the following offices:
  • congratulatory messages for birthdays from the Prime Minister- 65th birthdays and up (at 5-year intervals)
  • congratulatory messages for anniversaries and birthdays from the Governor General- 90th birthday, 50th anniversary and up (at 5-year intervals)

• Call, email or drop in during office hours
• Write to any MP or the Prime Minister postage free at their constituency offices or their Ottawa offices, use a regular sized envelope and mark MP clearly on the envelope
