Description (Service)	64-bed long-term care facility for adults who are deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing and hearing has a multipurpose room for use by both residents and the Deaf Community residence is the only Long-Term Care facility for people who are deaf, deaf-blind and hard of hearing in Canada
Hours	Care services: Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility	Adults who need long-term care, not restricted to adults who are deaf, deaf-blind and hard of hearing
Application	Contact Ontario Health at Home (formerly NSM LHIN) at 1-888-721-2222 or 705-721-8010 Ontario Health at Home Coordinators will assess the needs of applicants
Languages	American Sign Language (ASL) - Reception, Interpretation, Programs; English
Fees	Service - Rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants
