Patient-centred education and support to individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes or Gestational Diabetes - Consists of a team of Endocrinologists, Registered Dietitians (Certified Diabetes Educators) and Registered Nurses (Certified Diabetes Educators)
- Provide information and education around healthy eating, exercise, monitoring blood sugar levels, role of medications and insulin we well as other lifestyle factors
- Insulin pump program site
