Description (Service) A fourth (booster) dose is now available to individuals 60 years of age and older who received their third (booster) dose five months (140 days) prior. Individuals 60 years of age and older may receive a fourth (booster) dose at a minimum interval of 3 months (84 days) after their third (booster) dose.

Proof of Vaccination
As of March 1, 2022, proof of vaccination is no longer required to access certain indoor businesses and settings in Ontario. However, businesses and other settings may choose to require proof of vaccination upon entry.

Enhanced Vaccine Certificate with QR code
  • to ensure a smooth user experience, the province is making the enhanced vaccine certificate with scannable QR code available for download
  • numbers from the front and back of the green photo health card will be required, expired cards are accepted
  • to download the certificate and for more information, click here
  • Individuals with a red and white health card or those who would like the enhanced vaccine certificate emailed or mailed to them, will need to call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900
  • A verification application, to scan QR vaccination codes, is available for businesses to download for free on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store
Transportation to Vaccine Clinics
  • Red Cross will provide transportation to COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics within Simcoe County and Muskoka, excluding Orillia and Huntsville, call 705-721-3313 Ext 5206 to book an appointment
