Description

Description (Service) Free seven-week mental wellness program delivered online
  • uses Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness techniques to help people ages 13-30 to cope with feelings of stress and anxiety
  • gives young people the chance to connect with others who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings
  • group is led by trained mental health professionals in a safe supportive environment
  • joint program through a partnership with Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County
