Offers information and guidance to Seniors on:

  • Assistive Devices such as wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, commodes, hospital beds, lift chairs, grab bars, etc.
  • Assistance in identifying available funding resources
  • Vehicle Modifications such as lifts and controls to allow a person with a disability to enter and/or drive
  • Accessible Home Renovations including items such as ramps, stair lifts, widening doorways, accessible bathroom facilities

Independent Living Services Simcoe County is a member of the Simcoe Muskoka Integrated Fall Strategy (SMIFS)
