Description (Service) |
Provincial remedial measures program for convicted impaired drivers or drivers with two or more roadside suspensions - information, registration, assessment, education, treatment groups and follow-up interviews as required
- participants should register a week (7 days) after the impaired conviction or roadside suspensions, it may take up to 11 months to complete all parts of the Back on Track program
- administered by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario and offered by community service providers in a variety of locations across the province
- in York Region, Simcoe County and Muskoka region it is offered in Aurora, Barrie, Bracebridge and Parry Sound respectively
- virtual and in-person options available, contact for more information

Eligibility |
- Individuals who have been convicted of impaired driving, or who have two or more roadside suspensions in the past 10 years
- completion of program is mandatory before driver's licence can be reinstated
