All Care Partner support groups are being offered via Zoom and not community specific. Online group meetings occur:
* 1st Tuesday of each month @ 7:00 p.m
* 2nd Wednesday of each month @ 10:00 a.m.
* 3rd Tuesday of each month @ 11:00 a.m.
* 3rd Thursday of each month @ 7:00 p.m.
* 4th Wednesday of each month @ 1:00 p.m.

Confidential care partner support groups connect people (family & friends) who are supporting persons living with dementia * safe environment to share challenges and successes and realize you are not alone * talk to others who are going through similar experiences, increase understanding of dementia and develop and broaden coping strategies
