Description & Services
Description (Service) Work-oriented language courses offered for free to internationally trained newcomers (see eligibility) * OSLT helps newcomers understand workplaces in Ontario and to clearly and effectively interact with customers, suppliers, financial officers and government officials, develop strong interviewing, networking and career-building communication skills 
 
OSLT for Professional Managers is a course targeted to individuals who have training or experience in running their own business, sales and marketing, accounting or finance, hospitality, project management or technology 
 
Online courses each run for six weeks in the fall and winter, beginning at the end of September * courses include Communicating in the Technology Sector in Ontario (begins Sep 30, 2019), Managing Workplace Interactions in Ontario (begins Nov 11, 2019), Accessing the Technology Job Market in Ontario (begins Jan 6, 2020) and Writing Professionally (begins Feb 3, 2020)
