Description (Service) Provides medical laboratory services including:
  • blood work
  • sample collection for DNA testing
  • drugs of abuse collection and testing
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Holter Monitoring testing
  • In-home and nursing home visits for bloodwork

This location participates in Serving Customers with Autism program

Hours
  • Tue-Fri 10 am-6 pm, Sat 7 am- 3 pm
  • CLOSURE from10 am-12 noon on the fourth Wed of every month for employee training

  • Service: walk-ins and appointments, book online at Book Appointment
  • In-home service: requires medical referral, call 705-728-2075 and then fax referral to 705-728-4609 "Attention - Home Care" to arrange for in-home service
