• 3 month paid pre-employment training program provides hands-on learning opportunities in construction to those facing barriers to employment
• trainees receive support to create an individualized employment plan and pathways that will lead them to a prosperous career in the trades
• help identify and support participants through any barriers that could hinder their training or employment such as transportation, mental health, housing or food security
• experienced general contractors, serving the community through a variety of residential housing projects including legal Second Suites, modular housing, social impact projects, and renovations of all types. These projects allow them to teach and train the next generation of skilled tradespeople through their pre-employment training program
