Description

Description (Service)

Provides psychotherapy and mental health support for individuals, couples, families, and teens, with a specialized focus on families with neurodivergent individuals and disabilities.

Client-centered approach integrates various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, EFT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to create a supportive environment for growth and healing.

Services include:

  • Psychotherapy & Counselling - Individual, couples, and family therapy for various mental health concerns
  • Support for Neurodivergence & Disabilities - Guidance for parents, caregivers, and individuals navigating autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent experiences
  • Corporate Wellness & Workshops - Team-building, conflict resolution, stress management, and workplace mental health support
  • Community Education & Events - Free and low-cost workshops on emotional literacy, resilience, and mental health awareness
  • Faith-Based & Spanish-Language Services - Culturally responsive therapy for diverse needs

Services can be provided in person or virtually.
