Description & Services
Description (Service) Network of community-based agencies pooling their transportation resources * When the number of rides requested outnumber the number of available vehicles, the CT Link transportation providers use a web-based portal to identify opportunities to pool transportation resources between agencies * Agencies can also post vehicles not currently in service, to inform other agencies of available capacities * This provides coordinating community based transportation providers with more options to provide rides to their clients

The CT Link improves mobility options for people using community-based transportation services, such as seniors, people living with disabilities and/or medical concerns, and people on fixed incomes, by increasing their transportation opportunities
