MARRIAGE SERVICES - Marriage Officiants

All program/department records are no longer maintained. The main municipal office record will be kept for each municipality.
Exceptions to above:
1. Community Service departments that administrate important social programming (social housing, child care subsidies, OW, ODSP, emergency shelter funds, utility funds) will still be included.
2. All municipal transportation programs must be kept.
3. All municipal emergency services will be maintained (ie fire, police, etc).
4. All municipal Provincial Offences Courts (POA) to be kept.
5. Also keeping community pools if they have a separate number and/or if details are difficult to find from Municipality website.
We are also deleting our listings of individual municipal community and rec centres as part of this. We will still provide this information to callers by visiting the municipal website for information. Data editors will try to add direct links to website pages with this information to help I&R staff. This will take some time however.
I&R Instructions: If a caller would like department specific information, the I&R specialist should check the municipal website first to try and find either the information requested or the direct line to the appropriate department. If you cannot find the right direct line, refer to main municipal office line as they should be able to appropriately forward the call.
