This record is to inform Information and Referral staff about providing assisting to callers with no access to the Internet (or that have issues accessing online forms) to access the same-day or next-day phone or video counselling sessions through 1door in the North Simcoe Muskoka Ontario region. It is the instructional record for 1door (Resource Num: 79088111)

1. Confirm that individual is looking for same-day or next-day phone or video counselling.
   
2. Search for the services in iCarol as you normally would, provide the referral and track the call.
   
3. If the caller states that they want to do their own online referral through 1door, ensure they have the correct url (See links from intake forms below)
   
4. If the caller states they are having difficulty with the URL and want help with the platform to access services, make sure they are eligible (people who don't have access to Internet, a device such as a computer, or they face barriers to registering on their own.)
   
5. If they meet the eligibility criteria: Choose the appropriate counselling using website or use intake for:
   • CFS Counselling + Wellbeing single session individual counselling
   • North Simcoe Wellness Hub youth wellness navigator

Complete the intake form with the following:

• select a date and time for the counselling
• Input their name and contact information, phone or email
• The caller can expect to be contacted at the time and place of the appointment selected
