| Description (Service) | Works with job seekers to match their abilities with employer needs and provides one-on-one support that accommodates the unique needs of the jobseeker. Offers a Career Resource Centre to anyone in the community free of charge. Available resources include computers and internet access, printer, scanner, fax, local job board, community resource, job coaches. Offers long-term engagement to help job seekers to achieve their career goals, even after employment is secured. Aims to support the recruitment, training and retention efforts of employers. Works closely with local employers to find the right match for employment needs and make every effort to ensure job success and employee retention. |
