Description & Services
Description (Service) | Manages Marl Lake, Tiny Marsh and Matchedash Bay wetlands. Tiny Marsh encompasses 2000 acres with multi-use area with 9 hiking trails with brochures outlining the trails available on site. Nature Centre displays show history of the marsh and has quiz machines for students re: wildlife hunting and fishing allowed during regulated seasons, popular for birdwatching in spring, educational program available for schools and community groups, call to arrange. Marl Lake open for hiking, birdwatching, canoeing and fishing Matchedash Bay open for hiking, birdwatching, canoeing, fishing and hunting during regulated seasons.
