Description (Service) Promotes awareness and education for the prevention of diabetes and its complications by * developing and distributing culturally appropriate education resources * advocating for, supporting and promoting access to treatment and care options * acting as a resource for other health and education service providers. including workshops customized to meet the needs of participants of all ages.
