COVID-19 Symptoms

If you have cold-like/respiratory symptoms (regardless of travel history), and have not been tested for COVID-19:
* self-isolate at home for 14 days
* use Ontario Government Self-Assessment Tool to help determine if you need to seek further care
* if symptoms worsen, seek clinical assessment over the phone - either by calling your primary care provider's office or Telehealth Ontario 1-866-797-0000 * if you need additional assessment, your primary care provider or Telehealth Ontario will direct you to in-person care options
* if you are in need of urgent medical attention, call 911

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Community
* stay home to protect yourself and others
* practise physical distancing staying 2 metres from others
* avoid close contact with people outside of your immediate family
* wash hands frequently
* sneeze and cough into your sleeve
* avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
