Working on the streets and green spaces within the communities of North Simcoe locating and assisting individuals at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness.

Assisting with system navigation, food security, clothing, rough sleeping supplies, street backpacks, birth certificates, housing first program referrals and emergency transportation (LINX bus) related to sheltering or housing retention.
