Description & Services

Description (Service) Preserves traditional seamanship skills and a knowledge of our maritime heritage through:
  • building and sailing of historic small boats such as the HMS Badger and the HMS Lynx
  • offering training workshops in woodworking, ropework, sailing, sailing theory, and Great Lakes and British Royal Navy history.
  • members have access to the HMS Badger and HMS Lynx for sailing purposes and participate in historical reenactments and seasonal Special Events
  • is an active member organization of the Ontario Historical Society
Hours Meets Mon, Thu 7 pm-9 pm
Summer meetings are at the Penetanguishene Town Dock
