| Description (Service) | Provides a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner one day per week. The clinic is for registered clients of the South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre, and an appointment is required. This is NOT a walk-in clinic. Clients of this location are also supported by the health team at the SGBCHC's Wasaga Beach location and are able to access other services including:
