| Description (Service) | We specialize in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety. We offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for persons struggling with trauma and PTSD. We offer exposure and response prevention to those with OCD and exposure therapy to those with anxiety. We are a team of two social workers and one psychologist. |
