Description (Service)

Counselling Services provides strength based short-term individual counselling and group counselling to women who have experienced family violence.

Groups to help women explore the impact of abuse on themselves and their children, increase personal safety, build self-esteem, reduce isolation, and strengthen the skills needed to develop and maintain healthy relationships.
Services available to support children and youth impacted by family violence as well as youth who have experienced abusive dating relationships

Hours	Resource Center: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served	Northumberland County
Eligibility	Adult individuals identifying as women who have experienced family violence.
