Supportive services for children, youth and families.Programs include:

Infant and Child Development - home visiting for assessment, consultation and intervention for children whose development is considered to be at risk
Pre-School Speech and Language - assessment and treatment for children who are experiencing a communication difficulty
Northumberland Bridges - peer support groups delivering parent education, nutritional information and support, crisis support and access to community services
