Confidential and respectful support provided by Registered Social Workers or Registered Psychotherapists. Those 16 years and older are welcome to attend.

Service is provided on a first come, first served basis. Topics that might be discussed include: feeling sad or anxious, relationship issues, parenting issues, adjusting to a new diagnosis, managing stress, bereavement or loss, workplace or school issues, accessing government or support services, or major life changes.

A 60 min counseling session if offered to clients of Family Health Team with a registered clinician.
Other mental health groups offered through the Couchiching Family Health Team include Relaxation, Insomnia, Wellness Series, Self-Esteem, Meditation, Resilience, Stand Up to Bullying, and Beating the Blues.
