| Description (Service) | For those who need the assistance of a wheelchair-accessible vehicle * the O.W.L.S. bus travels within city limits and to Orillia Square Mall * the bus is unable to pull into private driveways * if personal care or assistance required, please arrange for an attendant or companion - attendants do not have to pay a fare * children under 13 who ride without an attendant must be met by an adult at their destination * each O.W.L.S. member is entitled to four round trips, or eight one-way trips per month |

| Application | Ridership application form required - on website (print out and mail to City of Orillia) or pick up at City Hall * after-hours trips are available on weekend 8 pm-10 pm Sun 4:30 pm-9 pm with 24 hours notice * all trips are pre-booked by calling for a booking and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are urged to book at least 24 hours in advance. Repeat trips may be booked for periods of up to one month. |
