| Eligibility | Adults who need long-term. Local Health Integration Network, Home and Community Care coordinators assess the needs of applicants. |

| Languages | Dutch; French - Interpretation; German; Italian; Other - Primary language spoken is English, however there are residents whose first language is not English and who are successfully supported in this setting, through multilingual staff, volunteer translators and individuals family. |
