| Description (Service) | Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth, provides a peaceful, comfortable home with 24hr specialized care for those at end-of life as well as support for those in their circle of care. It provides a needed alternative to institutional facilities and home care - an essential option that did not exist previously in our area until our official opening in June 2019. |
