The Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Community Policing's mission is to be an alliance between local Police Officers and the community to promote safety and crime prevention. The Committee is a volunteer organization.

• The Committee arranges several events throughout the year, including the "Bike Roadeo" and "Cram the Cruiser" events that collect non-perishable food items for the Havelock Food Bank.
• The Committee also provides a bursary on an annual basis to a deserving student in memory of Tyler Boutilier.
