Provides door to door transportation services by appointment to people with disabilities

• Buses can accommodate wheelchairs and scooters that don't exceed 36" (90 cm) x 48" (120 cm). Our Accessible Van Service lifts can accommodate a maximum combined weight of 700 pounds (317 kg).
• The service is provided door to door and all trips are made by making a reservation.
  
• Trips can be reserved up to two weeks in advance
• Same day trip requests can be accommodated if space is available

You must be Accessible Van Service Eligibility Application Package before making a reservation for a ride.

• All riders must be registered with the service
• Application forms are available online or at Simcoe Street Bus Terminal and need to be endorsed by a medical practitioner
• For support persons, riders must apply for a support person pass
• Support person pass belongs to the rider and can be applied to one support person per trip
