Home health and homemaking including:

  • 24 hours/ 7 days per week personal support or nursing care for clients in and outside the Sherbrooke Heights community.
  • In-home assessment and case coordination
  • referral to other service providers
  • Services include grooming, dressing, bathing, transferring in and out of bed, bed care, medication compliance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, accompanying clients to medical appointments and companionship
