Description & Services

Description (Service) Conservation initiative raises public awareness about invasive species and works to prevent their spread. Partnership of the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters and the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.
  • generates public education and awareness of aquatic and terrestrial invading species
  • encourages public participation to prevent the spread of invasive species
  • facilitates monitoring and tracking initiatives
  • provides brochures, fact sheets, audio-visual materials, displays and awareness signs to post at boat launches
  • guest speakers available
