| Description (Service) | North Simcoe Muskoka (NSM) ABI Collaborative is comprised of four agencies, funded by Ontario Health, that deliver coordinated community Acquired Brain Injury services in North Simcoe Muskoka, four agencies are:

The NSM ABI Navigator works locally to to promote and improve system access and capacity and improve outcomes and the client's overall experience. Areas of focus for the Navigator include Education, Resource Navigation, Complex Case Coordination, and the identification of system gaps and barriers |
