Description (Service) COVID-19 Response 
Due to COVID-19 situation, the following changes have been made: 
* Catulpa CSS employees will work remotely from locations outside of regular office sites 
* Face-to-face meetings are curtailed and will be completed by telephone or virtual meeting 
* Some CAPC programs are running virtually, contact your local Site Coordinator as listed below and someone from the team will return your call

Regular Service 
Family Resource Services works in partnership with families who have a child (school aged to 18 years old) with a developmental disability (IQ below 70) and/or a physical disability  
Family Resource Worker (FRW) develops:  
* plans with the family to identify the strengths and needs of the child/youth  
* assists in obtaining the necessary and available supports for family and their child based upon the family's goals  
* helps with transitions such as school or adult services  
* provides information regarding alternative funding sources applications  
* assists with information regarding school related issues  
* assists family and child’s community advocacy outreach by providing information services, education and consultation with other program and service providers  
Services provided through offices in Alliston, Collingwood, Midland and Orillia * All referrals must include a confirmation of diagnosis from a medical professional
