Description (Service)	Service to assist individuals who are looking for information and/or support regarding mental health and addictions Voluntary, goal-oriented program offices distribute harm reduction supplies staff will be available to discuss individual needs, provide connection to CMHA services, assist with information and referrals to other community services, and answer questions related to mental health and addictions Individuals can be screened by speaking with an Information and Referral person at 705-726-5033 Ext 438 All services are available in a blend of in person, phone or virtually with secure email, by Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) For immediate mental health assistance call: Mental Health Crisis Line (Mon-Sun 24 hours): 705-728-5044 or 1-888-893-8333; if your call to the crisis line is answered by an automated service leave a message and a crisis counsellor will return your call promptly Telecare: 705-726-7922 Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868 to chat
